Born and raised in the shadow of the Annapurna range, Rohit has guided trekkers from more than 30 countries across the Annapurna, Manaslu, and Everest regions for over five years. Friends call him Haku. First-aid certified for high-altitude emergencies, he is known for putting safety over schedule, once holding his group back a full day on Annapurna Base Camp when avalanche risk was high while other guides pushed on. Off the trail you will find him behind a drum kit in a local Pokhara rock band. For Rohit, guiding is not a job, it is about making friendships in the mountains.
