Our content is produced by 6K Nepal Treks and is grounded in the first-hand experience of our licensed guiding team, who have led trekkers from more than 30 countries across the Annapurna, Manaslu, and Everest regions. Articles are published under the 6K Nepal Treks name and reviewed by our guides for accuracy. You can meet the team on our guides page.

2. First-hand experience

We write about routes we actually walk and operate. Details such as walking times, lodge conditions, acclimatisation notes, and seasonal advice come from our own trips on the ground, not from copying other websites.

3. Accuracy and updates

Trail conditions, permits, prices, and lodges change. We update our guides as conditions change and after each season on the trail. Altitudes, distances, and times are good-faith estimates; for the safety limits of this information, see our Trekking Risk & Safety Disclaimer.

4. Reviews and testimonials

Reviews shown on this site come from real trekkers, including our verified Google reviews. We may shorten a quote for length, but we never change its meaning or invent testimonials.

We sell our own guided treks and tours. We do not publish paid affiliate links or sponsored reviews, so our recommendations reflect what we believe is genuinely best for your trip, not a commission.
