Booking & Cancellation Policy

1. How to book

Send us an enquiry through the contact form or WhatsApp with your preferred trek, dates, and group size. We confirm availability and send a quote. Your booking is confirmed once you accept the quote and pay the deposit.

2. Deposit and balance

• No booking fees. You pay only for your trip.
• 20% deposit confirms your dates and lets us arrange permits and logistics.
• The remaining balance is due on arrival in Nepal before the trek begins, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

3. Prices and what is included

Prices are per person in US dollars and depend on the comfort tier and group size shown on each trek page. The inclusions and exclusions for your trip are listed on that trek page and confirmed in your quote.

4. Payment methods

How to pay your deposit and balance is confirmed in your quote. Any bank or transaction fees charged by your provider are your responsibility.

5. Cancellation by you

• More than 30 days before departure: free cancellation. Your deposit is refunded in full, less any non-recoverable third-party costs already paid on your behalf.
• Within 30 days of departure: cancellation may incur a fee to cover non-refundable permits, domestic flight bookings, and porter commitments already arranged for your trip. We will always do our best to reschedule your trek rather than cancel it outright.

6. Changes by you

We will do our best to accommodate a change of dates, route, or group size, subject to availability and any cost difference. Tell us as early as possible.

7. Cancellation or changes by us

For reasons of safety, weather, or events beyond our control (force majeure), we may change, shorten, or cancel a trip. In that case we will offer a reasonable alternative, a credit, or a refund of recoverable costs. We are not responsible for personal costs such as international flights or insurance, which is another reason your travel insurance is essential.

8. Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method as soon as reasonably practicable after approval. Costs already paid to third parties and not recoverable cannot be refunded.

9. Trips cut short

If you leave a trek early for personal reasons, by choice, or on medical or safety grounds, unused services are generally non-refundable, as guide, permit, and logistics costs are already committed. Your travel insurance may cover such situations.
