We only collect what we need to answer your enquiry and plan your trip:

• Information you give us through our enquiry and booking forms: your first and last name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number (optional), the trek you are interested in, and the message you write. If you arrive from a specific trek, the package, group size, and indicative price you viewed may be included with your message.
• Information collected automatically when you browse, such as your device type, browser, approximate location, pages viewed, and referring site, gathered through cookies and analytics (see Section 6).

We do not run user accounts and we do not collect or store payment card details on this website.

3. How we use your information

• To respond to your enquiry and prepare a trip quote or itinerary.
• To arrange permits, logistics, and your booking once you choose to proceed.
• To send you information you have asked for and to follow up on your enquiry.
• To understand how the site is used so we can improve it.
